Leona Musa, 2014
I am Musa Leona, from Kaduna State, Nigeria. I hail from a family of 24 children and I am the last of my mother’s children. I Graduated with diploma in banking and finance from the University of Jos, I picked up a career as a banker in Nigeria earlier, I gained some working experience with a few banks, corporate organizations and business outlets back home until God called me into missions in 2011. i served with Youth with a Mission (YWAM) in Nigeria in the field of discipleship for some years and God called me to leave my comfort zone into the unknown, little did I know that the journey would be this sophisticated and interesting.
I moved to Germany back in 2011 still serving as a volunteer missionary with YWAM with the sole aim of living out the kingdom of God, living in a passionate relationship with God and out of this place comes the fragrance of transformation which Germany and the entire world is in dear need of right now. In 2012 God stirred me to join our newly found mercy ministry team in Hurlach called Love@work. I realize that God sees the inner person in me that breaks a million times when I hear stories of refugees and sojourners in a foreign land. Their journey, their pains, brokenness and inability to be that great person that God has created them to be. From Young trafficked girls to single mothers, children with bright prospects. How could one look and turn the other way like there is nothing, especially as a Nigerian, an African who can relate a lot more with such cultural dynamics of people?
Some of my hobbies are Dancing, cooking, acting, singing (The singing part might interest you more). some more hobbies which could be considered as Talents are, eating... I love the meat part of it, anyways I love watching comedy movies/TV series, I love sports (swimming, hiking, running. I enjoy working out a lot ... infact I love everything. This is Leona.
