The Global South is Migrating to the Global North!!! The World is in desperation at this moment. Here comes my Million dollar question. Is it the responsibility of our Governments to be Salt and light to these refugees or our collective responsibilities as Christians? YOU and ME???
Friends the last time I updated you about my return from a fruitful outreach in Argentina where God did great of amazing and miraculous things. I mentioned that it is time to get equipped for more things which are to come. Right now God is speaking with even greater clarity on the next steps towards using me in impacting the nations. I will share with you current happenings in my life and how you can be a part of this harvest.
This is a Ministry that sprung out of the heart of reaching out to the needy and being a voice to the voiceless in our society. being there for those sojourners and refugees, integrating them into the German society and making them feel at home. DUE to the remarkable amount of migration happening, the government is overwhelmed and the refugees are lonely and helpless at times. We take time to be there for them, we visit the asylum homes, talk to them and help them with practical things like going to the doctors, as well as give them listening ears. We devised a feast called "Celebrate the Nations" This feast brings together alot of the refugees in and around our region and we celebrate one of their Nations each month.
One couldn't help but admire the look of satisfaction and happiness on their faces as they get to talk about their Nations, culture E.t.c. We are privileged to be the bridge between the German Society and these refugees. it is a strategic task that God has handed to us.
In my last Update i shared with you about my passion to disciple the Nations. This is my Calling to see young people being championed, going through out the face of the earth, multiplying and executing "THE GREAT COMMISSION". Our next DTS comes up in January 2015, it is themed "Mercy and Compassion DTS" (A.K.A MC DTS). It focuses on living out the love of God, reaching out with His love and compassion to the weak and voiceless. I will be on staff for this DTS and our team is currently grouping and starting with the preparation phase. We are looking forward to what God has for the prospective students that He has designated to be here, as well as for all of us. The nations are hungry and awaiting true discipleship. Do you seriously want to be part of this harvest?
Without a proper accounting system our entire missions is almost impossible. Hurlach is home to a very huge system that receives donations from donors across the world and pass it on to missionaries both here and abroad. the need is always on the increase for people who can help with running some of it.
I undertook a diploma course in Banking and Finance back home in the university and i felt the need to step in and be of help in this area in order to enable lots of missionaries successfully carry on their missions. I currently help with some of the accounting work on part-term basis. one other beneficial challenge that comes with this job is the German language. My German gets improved since i have to do everything in German and also just the fact of running a German accounting system is a bitter-sweet experience that i am over all thankful to have this experience, of course i am under the tutelage of our head accountant.

I shared in my last Update about my goal to receive training in the field of International Relations, this is a great tool and qualification which furthers my bigger goal of Discipleship and as well as our current work with refugees in the region. I am scheduled to start my registration process against the 2014/2015 academic session. I look forward to combining a distance learning process with the practical aspect that i am living daily. Study to show yourself approved.
One can never get tired of Discipleship, It is my calling and passion. This summer i took part in a soccer camp in Altensteig. "Athleten Fuer Christus" is an organisation that brings together more than 400 kids of age range 6-17 in the German Holiday times. They also have Easter and Pentecost holiday camps as well as Fall camps. I helped out with the super busy kitchen and enjoyed all the wonderful conversations with the kids and co-staff. It is such a privilege to be part of such a mega discipleship process seing how the kids grow in their faith in the daily bible studies. I look forward to the next camps.
